Rods Inc. Brisbane is proud to celebrate an incredible milestone as we honour Jim “Stretch” Peall for his 50th Anniversary as a Rods Inc. Club Member.

Saturday 20th June 2026 - Starting at 10am 

We invite all Rods Inc. members and freinds to join us for a relaxed and enjoyable day at the clubhouse as we recognise Stretch’s long-standing contribution to the club.

For five decades, Stretch has been a valued part of our club family, sharing his passion for hot rodding, friendship, club spirit, and countless memories along the way. This is a fantastic achievement and one well worth celebrating with fellow members and friends.

The club will be providing morning tea and a barbecue lunch, and the bar will be open for drink purchases throughout the day.

Come along, catch up with fellow members, share some stories, and help us celebrate this remarkable 50-year milestone with Stretch and his family.

Saturday 27th June 2026🚗🔥 Rods Inc. Cruise to the Caboolture Regional Car Club Show, Shine & Swap! 🔥🚗

Rods Inc. members are invited to join us for a club cruise to the Caboolture Regional Car Club Show, Shine & Swap at the Caboolture Showgrounds.

📍 Meet at the Rods Inc. clubhouse at 7.15am on Saturday 27th June 2026
🚘 Cruise leaves promptly at 7.30am

If you are unable to meet at the clubhouse, you are welcome to meet the group at the Burpengary northbound twin BP’s, where the cruise group will be passing through at approximately 8.30am.

There will be food and refreshments available at the event throughout the day. 

🍔🍟For anyone wanting to continue the day with lunch afterwards, a group of us will be heading to the Burpengary Tavern at 1.00pm.

🎳 Barefoot Bowls & Lunch 🎳

We invite all Rods Inc. members, family and friends to join us for a relaxed and enjoyable day of playing barefoot bowls with lunch to follow.

Charlene Beazley is busy organising a fun barefoot bowls get-together followed by lunch for us all, so get ready for a relaxed day of laughs, friendly competition and good company. Whether you’re a bowls pro or just in it for the fun, it’s sure to be a great outing with mates.

More details will be shared closer to the date, so keep an eye out and start polishing those bowling skills (or at least your social ones)!
